Marta Brockmeyer, Ph.D. brings over thirty years of experience to support the human services community. With a practice in the Greater Cincinnati area, she also serves other Midwestern cities. Her passion is planning and capacity building, believing projects should be focused, simple and fun. Marta has worked in nonprofit, government, and higher education environments.
Projects include fifteen strategic partnership projects (most merger-related) and thirty diverse strategic planning assignments, a collaborative restructuring across multiple organizations, the facilitation of a state-wide professional development plan, confidential organizational development assignments and training for an international organization. Marta brings a holistic approach to her work and a broad network of resources.
Her style is informal, dynamic and interactive. Clients consistently show high satisfaction, resulting in ongoing relationships with her human services colleagues.
